## Purpose / Goal

Technical Working Group focused on the networking side of Cardano - this includes:\
\* Creating and maintaining connectivity between Cardano Nodes.\
\* Seeking 'optimal' connectivity between nodes\
\* Scheduling block and transaction diffusion and fetching\
\* Proving tooling and testing environment for protocols and concurrency<br>
